       The traverse beam robot is applicable to all types of horizontal injection machine of 50~450T for take-out products .
The installation direction is different from traditional take out robot, products and sprues are placed at the end of IMM. It has single stage and telescopic type; It can be added a sub-arm for 3-plates mold to grip products and sprue at the same time.Vacuum circuit, grip circuit and standard suction assembly.
The  traverse stroke driven by servo motor,vertical stroke and kick stroke driven by pneumatic or servo motor .Traverse axle , kick stroke and vertical arm are applied with advanced high rigidity linear slide rail, and light high rigidity alloy aluminum extrusion beam for crosswise and vertical axles to integrating with linear slide rail, it works with high speed, high efficiency, low vibration, and long use life.Telescopic type with special double-speed belt structure quicken vertical speed, it can be applicable to low workshop.
    Optional Function:
—Crosswise/Vertical remote adjustment: Position adjusted by remote control, saved adjustment time and enhanced safety of operation.
—Spraying device: spraying number of molds and spraying time of each spray can be set. The nozzle can be installed on the arm or mould. Up to two groups of settings.
—Middle mold Inspection: Detecting position of the middle mold platen of 3-plates mold.
—Photoelectric inspection on finished products: Placing products on the conveyor, so as to avoid hitting each other.
—Air Nipper: It can be installed on the arm or at the end of traverse for cutting sprue.
—CE models are available, conformity with EUROMAP and SPI standard, enclosed standard connect interface.
